Letter combos in this set have been carefully chosen to maximize the # of common decodable CVC words for reception & EYFS. This set teaches the base standard of reading using 3-letter words. There are no sight words or words that don’t follow the normal letter sounds; this encourages children as they are able to easily sound out any of the words our rods create.
